MR Points Program

Customers that opts for a CONTRACTALL Maintenance Plan will generate 1 MR Points for each dollar paid only towards monthly contract payment in the Customer’s MR Points Account.

Example: A monthly payment of $100.00 will generate 100 MR Points ($1= 1 MR Points)

Customers that opts for a SEASONAL Maintenance Plan will generate 0.5 MR Points for each dollar paid only towards monthly contract payment in the Customer’s MR Points Account.

Example: A monthly payment of $80.00 will generate 40 MR Reward Points ($1= 0.5 MR Points)

Customers that opts for a SAFTEY Maintenance Plan will not be generating MR Points for monthly contract payments in the Customer’s MR Points Account. SAFTEY Maintenance Plan Customer will be collecting 50 MR Points as a referral bonus for each referred customer.

Example: A monthly payment of $50.00 will generate 0 MR Points ($1= 0 MR Points) 

 Referring our business to a new customer will earn both the referrer and the referred customer 50 MR Points as a referral bonus. These points can be used immediately upon the contract initiation for the existing customer and 6 months after the commencement of the contract for the new customer. To be credited with 50 MR Points, the new customer must provide us with an email sent from the email account of the current customer, referring to Maintenance Reinvented LLC for the service. Referral restriction: Referrals must be new customers who sign up to receive MR Points.  

 MR Points can be redeemed for any of the Additional Services or for hourly or daily labor charges. Service charges, emergency service charges, overtime charges (for work requested outside of the scheduled visits), materials, parts, and supplies will be separately billed to the Customer. 

MR Points can be used after a minimum of 6 months after the commencement of the contract and anytime afterwards. Customers can earn up to a maximum of 800 MR Points per account. No customer may hold more than 800 MR Points in their account at any given time.

All MR Points will be lost due to late payment and will start accruing again starting with the following monthly payment. If this contract is canceled, all the MR Points collected will be lost and will start accruing only after a new contract is signed. MR Points are not transferable to other Service Company customers or to other Cared Property accounts. MR Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used for services or repairs provided by other businesses or individuals.
